Our Challenge

The

Problem

There are countless boys transitioning out the foster care system with dreams, talents, and ambitions, in addition; these young men are lacking the right guidance to show them how to achieve their goals. With myself being a child of the foster care system I understand that a head-start and proper mentoring will ensure children a prosperous life. Our young men in America are being robbed of their opportunities and creativity.

The

Creation

Men of Our Radiant Enterprise LLC (M.O.R.Enterprise, foster homes and youth organizations for young men), is looking to change the outcome of our young teenage boys, by giving them a platform to express themselves while finding their passion based on their type of intelligence. Everything I’ve been through becoming a man has prepared me to give these boys understanding about becoming a man.

Success

Our facility puts focus on humanity’s nine different types of intelligence to put focus on our boy’s strengths, which gives us the abilities to ensure the path for that child is the right path to their success. Our goal for our boys is to build brilliance, confidence, wisdom, knowledge and understanding of becoming a successful man in America.

Our View

M.O.R.Enterprise LLC is attempting to create successful men from our communities, that will give back to those communities, to help the communities thrive. Our vision is building a support system in our communities for young men to engage with other men to reassure our boy's understanding of success and what it means to be successful. The M.O.R.Enterprise LLC plans to branch out nationally across several states such as California, Texas, Illinois, Virginia, and North Carolina. There is also a non-profit in the works to help with the funding of programs such as; sports camps, trade camps, trade schools, and College or University tuition. Every young man that leaves my program will make a positive impact on themselves as well as their communities. This program will create doctors, lawyers, architects, athletes, business owners, entrepreneurs, musicians, You Tubers etc...
